## What we do

We have built Shopify apps since 2016. Five of them are live on the Shopify App Store, and we build custom apps for stores that need something no public app does.

  An app made for one store and its way of working, connected through the Shopify APIs.
- **Changes to our own apps**
  Merchants who use our apps can ask for changes that fit their theme and their store.
- **Support from the people who built it**
  Each of our apps is supported by the developer who wrote it.

## How it works

1. **Listen**
   You tell us about your store or project and the problem to solve. We ask questions until it is clear.
2. **Plan**
   You get a written plan: what we will build, in what order, and an estimate before any work starts.
3. **Build**
   We build in small steps you can review, with clean code and a careful setup.
4. **Care**
   After launch we stay on hand for fixes, changes and questions.

## Questions

**What is the difference between a public app and a custom app?**

A public app is listed on the Shopify App Store for any store to install. A custom app is built for your store alone.

**Can you change one of your apps for our store?**

Often, yes. Merchants ask for changes that fit their theme, and we make them.

**Who supports the app after launch?**

We do. Support for our apps comes from the developer who built them.
