This notice explains what personal data the Ginner Tech website collects and what we do with it. In short: very little.
Who we are
Ginner Tech is a software studio run by Luke Tran from Hanoi, Vietnam. For anything about your data, email lucdkny@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you write to us, by email or with the form on the contact page, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message. The form does not send anything itself: it opens your own email app with the message filled in.
- Nothing else from the website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.
- Server logs. Like any website, the server that hosts it may keep standard access logs, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to discuss and deliver the work you ask about, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
No one, except where it is needed to reply or to do the work: our email provider stores the messages we send and receive. We will also share data when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them for the reason you sent them, and for any period the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email lucdkny@gmail.com and we will reply. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority where you live.
Our apps
Our Shopify apps have their own privacy policies, linked from their pages on the Shopify App Store. This notice covers this website only.
