What is the difference between a public app and a custom app?
A public app is listed on the Shopify App Store for any store to install. A custom app is built for your store alone.
Can you change one of your apps for our store?
Often, yes. Merchants ask for changes that fit their theme, and we make them.
Who supports the app after launch?
We do. Support for our apps comes from the developer who built them.
